... to the dismay of my wife, i pulled the camaro out of storage before the usual april release date. Lets just say we arent talking right now, hehe.

Anywho, my buddies are having a pool of how long it will take me to put the T-56 in the camaro that had an automatic.

one buddy says "15 minutes should have the old tranny out, plus another hour for the install"

I'm a little more realistic... i'm shooting for 2 solid days. :)

hahah! So, if i have more beer does that increase the hours it takes to complete the job, or does it just mean more church? LOL

Please document the project. Thats one thats on my list to do.. Would love to get a t-56 and get rid of the 700R4.

We've done one in 9 hours before using one of our complete auto-T56 swap kits, so we never had to leave for anything. It can be done in a weekend if you are working on jackstands. Good luck on the project and feel free to call on us for help/tips if you need it.

Thanks Tyler, those bolts finally showed up yesterday, you had me a bit nervous, hehe.

I'll try and take as many pictures as i can.
