Lateral-g Forums - Ellis Engineering?....... HELP!

ok, so im having a problem getting in contact with the guys from Ellis Engineering. Here is the breakdown.

3-9-07 Custom shocks ordered and paid for via card.
3-9-07 Steve said shocks will be at our shop in 2 weeks
3-24-07 Steve said the shocks were finished and he was shipping them
4-6-07 Steve said he forgot and that the shocks are going to be shipped overnight and will be here last monday.
Now they will not call us back or answer our e-mails.
I do not understand the reason for this lack of service and have heard nothing but good things about his shocks and quality. They had thier money on 3-9-07, more than a month ago and still we are without shocks and a project that is not going to make it to the Knotts show because of this. I now owe a special thanks to our Bilstein guys because they stopped thier current orders to valve a custom shock for us and ship it overnight so i can have it tomorrow. They have really came through and this project still has a slight chance of being done in a reasonable time.

I have called both numbers on the website and sent several e-mails, If anyone knows him personally or knows another number i can reach him at then please let me know. Im at a loss for words!
