Clocking blower side of a procharger

Is there any reason I can not clock the blower side of a D1SC? Do i need to do anything afterwards?

Thanks for the reply, I did not see any reason why I could not, I just have not heard of anyone doing it.

This vid got me thinking and when I bolted my procharger up today the first thing i said well i want this thing pointed down.
