Owner tells me the unit has less than 4500 miles on it and I have no reason to doubt him.He is asking $1,500 for it.Please contact me and I will put you in touch with the owner.Unit available for pickup in the Monterey Peninsula area, crating and shipment are the responsibility of the buyer.

*Update:Just talked to owner, this unit was purchased in '73-'74 from a local wrecking yard that was parting out a '69 Z/28.My dad (who owned a speedshop at the time) re-built it drum to drum in '75-'76 with 3.31 gears.

Yes it is...sorry I don't check this section that much.

I did find out from the owner that the spring perches have been changed since this rear was in a '38 Chevy sedan.Whoever buys the unit will have to re-install the correct Camaro perches.

Here are some pictures I shot recently:

He was here showing me the axle the day before I shot these...guess we forgot to put it back the right way and it spun around on him...look at the damage to his wheelhousing...!
