I have a friend who is interested. Do you have a pic of the trans? Do you have a bellhousing? Can you crate up and ship to Cali?

Yes, I am willing to crate & ship (at cost).

For anyone else interested, or for your friend, twin, I can rebuilt the trans for $200. The parts alone cost $160. The case will be bead blasted, the gears and all steel internals will be sonic cleaned and Magnafluxed. New synchros, bushings, bearings, seals, etc. will all be replaced.
