I live in the Buford area here and have been keeping my eyes open. I also travel to Winder everyday for work and have been telling my buddies to keep an eye out. Don't know if it will help but I'll try.

I don't see why these guys even bother. They would be much better off just stealing a new vette or something. The vast majority of the money in these cars are in the custom work, which good luck passing off without someone noticing. Now your just selling a buch of modified parts, which again... wouldn't you just be better of stealing a vette? I mean you could probably pass off a stolen Enzo before you pass off that car to someone without knowing. These cars are completely unique... ONE. Even exotics are produced in bigger numbers.

Seems you've countered my good point with your own good point!

from what I have heard, Russia and the middle east are the hot beds for stolen high end vehicles. This was comming from a customs person that I spoke with when we were trying to ship a customers vehicle back to him in the middle east. What I dont get, is that it seemed like an act of congress to get his vehicles to him and the customer has complete dimplomatic immunity....and it was still a pain in the a$$............
