remembered after meeting jody, scott, charley, and mark this morning that i never remembered to sign up here.

i see familiar faces from nastyz28.com and other places.

here is what i'm working on, left to right.

1979 Sedan DeVille.
-current mods: 3.08 posi disc brake impala SS rear axle. herb adams front sway bar, impala SS stock rear bar. 3.5" aluminum driveshaft. ws6 master cylinder and aluminum prop valve. 2" drop via 96 impala SS springs. 17x8 wheels. summit EP 12" rotors on front. 9C1 caprice quick ratio steering box.
july brings an LS1/4L60-E swap w/ nitrous and whatnot

1954 belair.
-way too much to write out. TCI independent front suspension w/ r+p, tubular control arms, 2" drop springs and 2" drop spindles. camaro front discs. custom 4 link rear suspension w/ panhard and a bunch of 5/8" QA1 rod ends hanging a 67 camaro rear with home built caliper brackets and 12" trans am rotors. 355 w/ GMPP vortecs, billet hyd roller, summit racing th350. 17x8 cragar soft 8's with 245/45 HTR-Z's

1991 caprice wagon.
-212,000 mile 305 that isnt being changed out until it blows up. currently only "mods" that aren't interior are 17x8.5 impala SS wheels with 255/55 kumho 711's. i have drop springs sitting in the garage along with an SS front bar, but need to find a good rear bar.

On my father's Caprice wagon we used an Impala SS rear bar, and made flat plates to connect it to the rear arms (the distance between the arms is different between the sedan and the wagon, or so we found!). We did that several years ago, and it seems to be holding up quite well.

bill the more i look at that the more i think that's the best option because i have several SS rear bars here.
