Mopar Wiring Harness

What suppliers out there make a good wiring harnesses for Mopars (69 Charger), specifically the engine harness. I'll be running electric fans, stereo, no a/c, etc. Nothing too demanding. Does anyone make a kit that would suit a mild build-up. Any ideas would be just dynamite.

WOW ! THAT is customer support Theresa ! I'm constantly amazed by the vendors on this site that continue to go outta their way to help out - even when it sends a person to a competitor for a purchase. I appreciate effort like that and it really helps me pick a company that I want to do business with.

When I get ready to wire my C5/Porsche - I will come to you first.

THANKS for supporting the crew !!!

Jim

Thank you very much! I'm always glad to help.

But...ummm...I can't help you with the Porsche either. :_paranoid HOWEVER, I can offer two vendors to assist you with that request.

Here's what we do...

Garage Dog 65 06-07-2007 01:48 PM

I'm doing the 65 356 Porsche with the C5 drive and suspension in the Vehicle Introduction section. I threw out the original wiring harness and plan on using a 22 circuit universal mini car system with an LS1 computer.

6 volt systems with no relays just won't do it ....

Catch you in a few months !

AAW 06-07-2007 01:52 PM

Well that's more like it! Now you're talking my language...
Talk to you in a few months...

Thanks Theresa. Does anyone know anyone else who makes a kit with provisions for a stereo, A/C, alarm, electric fans, etc? Just to shop around.

I ordered a complete bumber to bumber kit from painless which included all hardware, fues box, original wire colors that are all marked for which they are itneded also a number on the wire cover corresponds to the installation diagram. Only $450. I just stripped my 68 charger today of all wires and installed the new on. Pailess is just that!

Hi. It's Theresa. I dont work for AAW any more, so I didn't answer your questions. But, yes, I agree that its great to have supporting vendors lend a helping hand & suggest alternative suppliers.

While I am a Moderator on the site now, not a representative of AAW, I do appreciate that the people at AAW offer assistance & recommend the services of suppliers who can help with your needs.

I'm pretty sure you are speaking with John (maybe Ray?, Larry? or Lance?) - all of whom I could vouch for - when you get replies on here from the screen name "AAW", but I'll still chime in when I have advice to offer - just under my name, not the AAW account any longer. :)
