The big thing with a stock type oil pan is losing oil pressure in a extended turn. If you have a stock type pan I would put a extra quart of oil in. One quart should still leave you below the crank. If you have a oil pressure guage, pay attention to the pressure in a extended turn when you get a chance to glance at it.

Don't try to set any records, just get a feel for the car. If you can, ride with a instructor and have one ride with you. There are usually volunteer instructors to help newcomers. I remember my first track day, try to relax and have fun.
I have no idea on your shock or tire settings.
