I finally got the tranny cross member finished. It tucks up about 2" higher than the glide member that was in it.
Here is the rearview, the angle is misleading but the bottom of the new cross member and tranny case is almost perfectly even with the height of the body line.
From the side you can see the stock member hanging below the body but the new one is out of sight.
