The reason it's so cheap is because it's incomplete... there's no spindles (your drum spindles can be modified to work if you have a grinder
), no brake hoses, no master cylinder, no prop valve, no booster, etc.
All that it comes with is the parts to mount the rotor and caliper on your existing spindles.
