Will I run into any problems with the 18's?

You can run the 20's it's just the with of the rim you have to play with. On my 69 I ran a 20x 8.5 in the rear and squeezed on a 285/30 20 tire and it workled fine with lots of room. But if you put that same tire on a 20x9.5" rim then your going to have some problems especially on a 68, when your running the car that low. Even if you decided to run a 275/40 18 in the rear its basically the same hieght and width as the 285/30 20. It all depends on how low you want your ride hieght and how wide of a rim your going to run. Wile the 20's might look cool to some people the 18's are definatly better preformance wise.
