Seriously, you can buy an LS7 from someone like Katech that puts out the power your looking for but, plan on spending closer to $20k.
Personally, I don't think the LSx swaps are for people with budgets under $35. You could go cheap and get it done for under $14k (LS2) but that's using junk yard motor and electronics. If you plan to go with top of the line aftermarket then plan on spending closer to $40k
