The absolute MAIN 1st two questions, from EVERYONE were:
#1- Where's the intercooler?
#2- Why no EFI?
Damn, man, people are hard to impress. My usual replies were:
#1- I don't need one to beat
you. (But I did design the entire front plumbing around swapping-in a cooler with little changes. You can see where there is a Y-pipe kinda behind the front plate area. All I need to do is loosen the two outside couplers, remove the center Y-section and insert a cooler in its place.)
#2- Budget. But I'll get to it. (Again, with this carb, no cooler and pump gas I put down over 700 rwhp. Why you gotta nit-pick? Jeez.)
Then everyone wanted to know who made the kit: No one, I designed
everything but the headers, and my cousin built it all under my supervision.
Then normal stuff like "what turbos are those?" "what size engine?" etc.:
It's an internally-balanced MoTown 6" rod solid roller 406 stroker with ported AFR 220's and two PT-52 60mm turbos.
