I know everyone sometimes makes too much of a big deal about weight. I remember a recent thread where someone was asking how much the lead filler weighed on a subframe
However I can't help but wonder how much all that steel weighs? Is it comparable to the stock stamped sheetmetal and frame? Or are we talking an extra few hundred pounds? Don't get me wrong, most of us add an extra 100 pounds in dynamat alone. All that steel though must add up?
