I will mention that the green 64 Impala broke the rear right shockwave. I can also mention that the owner drives that car very hard. But I can not tell you when it broke. I dont know if it was a hard launch or having too much pressure in the bag or a combo of both. I can tell you that it snapped the inner shaft in two and crushed the heck out of the valving. But the rubber never failed ! Whether or not its for a fulltime drag car is still yet to be determined. But when set-up correctly I can assure its okay in a 510hp, 4400lbs car.
