As was mentioned, I wouldn't run any smaller than a -10 line for crankcase breathing and I'd recommend -12 (2 lines, one from each valve cover, and do not "T" them together-- run either twin tanks or a single larger tank with twin inlets.) You don't want any excessive crankcase pressure issues.

Also, the larger line will have a slower velocity and will keep less oil in suspension.

As was mentioned, the "usual suspects" for off the shelf breather tanks include Moroso, Stef's, Peterson, and Canton.
