Man I only looked at the paint and didn't go any further. That is about how the interior of my '56 looked once I got the carpet pulled up (except mine was completely covered) which was huge pain in the butt
. It is a big mess under the tar
. If I was actually looking to buy this (or any other) car, I would be more comfortable seeing the rust damage than I would be seeing tar inside the car.
