Ned, I don't rub with my stock wheel wells (except for the wheel well lip bent for clearance) and stock leaf spring locations. I have about a quarter inch clearance to the leaf springs on both sides, and about an inch clearance to the quarter panel sheet metal. The wheel lips were bent before I bought the car; this wheel and tire combo may clear with stock wheel lip locations. I haven't checked a 345 tire in there, but I know that there is a bunch of room when the springs are moved/removed.
