The easiest way to restore the time capsule car would be to:

1: Find and purchase the nicest 57 belvedere to be found in existence today

2: Remove and dispose of one of the plastic valve stem caps

3: Remove one 1957 plastic valve stem cap from the time capsule car, which should still be in reasonable shape.

4: Install time capsule car's 1957 valve stem cap onto car found in item #1

5: Sweep remains of time capsule car into a hole, plant tree over site as a tribute.
