I have the exact same seats (just recovered in tan leather to match the factory color). I was able to use the factory holes for the front mount. For the rear I'm using some rectangle tubing welded across my rockers to the frame rail connectors then to the tunnel with steel inserts in the tubing. Also on the tubing I welded my seat belt harness brackets since I'm not going with a cage. No pics, but I'll get some in the future if you need a visual.
