I think the car looks great from the pictures but telling a customer that just spent an average man's years salary at your business that he's **** out of luck and is just going to have to wait is down right wrong. NO if ands or buts about it. As far as the car taking 200 hours to paint, it should be perfect. I dont doubt your shop has the potential to high end work and such but this guy did not get a 200 hour paint job if there are hairs, scratches and touchup spots.. period...

Never said he was **it out of luck. I stand behind my work and my shop for what we do. I have 25 years of experience building and creating high end paint work and metal work. Ive been spotlighted in National magazines (most recently the Nov 07 issue of Classic Trucks for Primedia) and websites for the work that I do. Im involved with two major sponsor cars that are going to SEMA this year (one of which is for SNAP ON TOOLS) (http://www.aintstreetlegal.com)so Im well versed in what is good vs what isnt.
The customer demanded the car go yesterday . I have offered to discuss and work with him for anything he feels isnt right. Its up to him now. I hope he has a chance to take a deep breath, REALLY look what he has for a car and work out his issues.
I have nothing to hide and offer anyone to contact me abou this or any other work I am doing or have done with any questions. Thanks
