Factory width 69 Camaro rear axle measurements please...
I am looking for the factory measurements from the wheel mounting surface to the wheel mounting surface. I have a 69 Camaro, but when I bought it, the rear was cut out and in the process to become a drag car. I am slowly putting it back together with more of a mini tubbed street car in mind. I purchased a 12 bolt that has been narrowed down to 53.5" WMS to WMS. I am hoping it is not going to be too narrow. I have done a search and come up with measurements that range from 54" all the way to 60"... Can someone give me an exact number? Thank you!
