Aren't the VERY nose-heavy with a V-8?
There's one locally I see occasionally with a V8 in it, and the front 6 cylinders all hang over the front wheels. The rear 2 cylinders are about centered over the fronts.
I'm no expert, but I would think it would be pretty tough to build one to corner with no weight on the rear.
