The seat belt story was on the Chevelle, not the Fairlane. I don't recall the steering wheel but I think it was either a Budnik wheel or it could be the new "retro" looking GRANT wheel.

I had to check the steering wheel from budnik and grand- from front of the windshield it looked really sharp!!
