in my wiew you should strat from the bottom up... rather have a finished frame, and great handling.. than a shiny car that is all Hat and no cattle... i would hate to have a shiny car that i knew i had to restore underneath... but knowing that it might not look like a show car, but everything was the way i wanted it would make it much more loveable for me...
also, you are likely to scratch your fresh paint, and damnage your new interior when you take it appart the second time...
