Just wanted to give a big shout out to Marcus at SC&C and Bill Howell for their help.

I bought a set of SPC UCA's, ATS tall spindles, and Howe ball joints from Bill Howell months and months ago.... He had bought them from ATS months before for a project he never got to..

Well, there was a mix up somewhere and Bill got the wrong cross shafts for the UCA's. Since he never opened the box, I got the wrong cross shafts..

I called Marcus on Tyler and Bill's recommendation, even though Bill told me no matter what he'd make it right, and Marcus had me measure everything up, even some of the other parts to make sure they were all OK too, then I sent back the cross shafts (I love that the SPC design allows the cross shafts to be interchanged) and he sent me new ones no questions asked!

We must have talked 4 or 5 times on the phone and he was always patient and friendly. Great guy and a good business man. Bill too!
