I had no issue running a complete mandrel bent 3" exhaust system exiting at the back of the car with the Lateral Dynamics 3-Link. The rear crossmember is even notched for clearance. Steve Rupp is likewise running a full exhaust system. It's not much more difficult with the LD setup than any other rear suspension.
