It's funny that you mention the Chevelle cowl hood. I was just in Costco yesterday looking at their selection of Maisto die cast cars and they had a '70 Chevelle. I looked at the hood and thought, hey, that would be a nice option on the second gen Camaro. It's more curvey than the 1st gen cowl hood, so it would be more in keeping with the styling of the body.

I READ THE POST AND HAD TO RESPOND..IM TELLIN YOU ..THAT CHEVELLE COWL INDUCTION GRAFTED TO THE STOCK HOOD HAS THE RIGHT PROPORTIONS AND IT LOOKED FACTORY.AND THE FLAP WORKED. PEOPLE WOULD LOVE IT.THEY DID WHEN THEY SAW THIS ONE IN PERSON..OH THE BONUS NOBODY IS DOING THIS STYLE HOOD EITHER...$$$
