The other problem I can see you having is the bag might hit the sway bar if mounted upside down and that would be worse. Mock it up there both ways and go through all the suspension movments so you can see if it will clear everything. measure twice cut once it always works out better that way.

Hmm... u got a point there... i didnt thought about the swaybar!!
Okey i have to realise that i have to cut in the subframe!!
