Thanks T-Bell, do you think that would take care of the rust? I don't want to do this twice. By the time I replace all the metal that needs replacing....I may not need to do anything. ( ha, ha). I'm taking a welding class right now because I want to do all the work myself.

Thanks for the lead on the shop here in town. I certainly will give him a call.
