Got it! I was inaccurate about the cost. I spoke with Mr. Nelson yesterday about his twin turbo exhaust. He charges "...about $5500 for the LS1 turbo headers..." I think that it would have been cheaper for me to purchase a kit through Nelson then to piece it together. I already have the turbos though. I acquired two new Turbonetics 62-1 (standard bearing) for $1200. That price is what led me start this build-up. I should have done some more research about total cost involvement
. Oh well...the show MUST go on!!! Any thoughts about using mild steel headers vs. stainless steel headers? Thanks fellas.
