We cooked two different dishes. Wrapped in tinfoil on each side of the engine was Salmon and Duck. When we checked how it had cooked, it was so cold outside that neither had cooked. Our solution was to put the Salmon in a plastic bag with some chicken broth and microwave it in a motorhome. We won the award for best tasting food. It was so cold that nobodys stuff got cooked. Someone cooking meatloaf used a temp gun the the engine never got over 110 degrees...
