I'm doing what Geoff did, The brazing job I had done didn't seal totally, recomend you fill the recess in the sender cap with liquid epoxy to ensure a leak free install.
I had right stuff detailing make me a 3/8" return line from the same pattern as the stock 1/4" vapor return line, that way they fit nice side by side.
Make sure the supply and return are the same size.
In a previous install, I used the 1/4" vapor line as a return, reg couldn't dump enough fuel, idle was stinky rich.
To fix that, I tee'd the return into the pump inlet. That worked "ok" unless I ran it out of gas. Pump won't prime from out of gas though, was a big problem for me twice.
