If I rmember right.... to use a Morrison chassis, you will have to completely cut the whole factory floor pan away and build a new one. The only other chassis manufacturer who makes one specific for the X frame car is Progressive
http://www.progressiveautomotive.com. With his, you retain about 90% of the original floor pan. That is the chassis I am using on my 61.
