I'm using a sbc 350 target motor with stock heads and an RV cam for now. I plan to run a air gap intake with holley carb. I don't plan to race my car but want to have some fun on the street. I leaning towards putting in some stamped steel roller rockers 1.6 . The guy at the machine shop was not liking the idea of stamped steel and was pushing for a set of crane aluminum 1.5 that he has in stock
This is not my last motor I'm putting in my car, I plan to change things down the road. I put a new frame, disk brakes, etc. on my car so I'm trying to get it on the road to work out any issues and drive it for a while. OK long post sorry, stamped steel or not, 1.5 or 1.6? Thanks in advance.
