I don't know if my car counts as 'late model muscle' since it's already 12 years old, but since I've had it for 11 of those 12 years It sometimes doesn't seem that old through my eyes.
Before there was navigation, blue tooth, and onboard hard drives just for your audio listening enjoyment....There was the LT1 Camaro Z/28. Factory equipped with 285 horsepower, leather, and a positraction....This car was a few modifications away from knocking on a Corvette's door.
Now, Add a little camshaft, a set of headers, a gear swap. Withdraw 25 grand or so from your checking account, and Walla! You have the makings of the baddest ass $6,000 car of the planet!!!
