I have talked to about a dozen guys who have put major power thru a Corvette and they all say that the diff is the weak link. Neil Lea in Alabama did the C5 drivetrain thing like 5 years ago with a big block and he beat the crap out of that thing. The new ZR1 corvette will be running a torque tube with a 100,000 mile warranty.

Like I said I hope yours works...it appears you have done some research and thats great. 650 Hp or 500hp which ever John decides on is not a ton of power anyway. Good luck hope to see at least one of your projects with this set up done this year so we have first hand knowledge.......
