I think it's just a lack of understanding of the hobby..

That would mean the list of "pro-touring" cars would be very small. I'm in the same class as a (example) '69 Camaro with power everything, more of the show-touring deal that's more on the street rod side.

Maybe they need a pro-touring, street-touring, and street-fighter class.

Are there ANY pro-touring cars at the show? I don't think even Chycane even has a tube/aftermarket chassis..

It's thier first year for this class, they just need to iron out the details.
