EDIT: This is my rant about vendors in general. When you get treated as well as you do by the likes of Paul Clark at Hydroboost.com and Kyle and Stacy Tucker at DSE, a guy gets spoiled. There's nothing I hate worse then when you call someone and they are annoyed that you want to spend money at business.
