They do fit right in. I installed my seats about a month ago and I am really happy with them. As far as ease of install I guess it would all depend on which brakets you went with. If you need the seats to sit as low as possible in the car for head room than you need to use the flat brakets and drill your own mounting holes. If head room is not an issue than use regular brakets made for our cars and bolt them right in.
