Ha! A deal? Sure! What scale would you like? It's available in 1/16th and 1/24th.
I know what you mean about the "factory" issue. But, that the rule. If you can't purchase it directly from the factory and run it, it doesn't qualify for the "factory" 0-100-0. Now, take that Cuda to the Silver State Classic and enter it into their Z-2-Z race (0-200-0) and you may set a record.
