It took a few days of reading here and there, but I read it all. Very cool project. I love the attention to detail. That's going to be an impressive ride from every angle, even beneath from the looks of it.
Do you have an english wheel to make the curved panels for stiching the body back together? I guess that car is steel body panels right?
