Are you going to run Coil-overs with this setup for both front and rear? Also what application are you going to use this for? Handling, comfort, drag race? Spring Rate is the total vehicle weight divided by 4 and that gives you what the weight over each wheel should be. I would advise getting "Chassis Engineering" by Herb Adams. I am looking to do some chassis and suspension fabrication down the road, and this book seems like it will help me when I start drawing up the geometry.

I will see if I can't copy down this info for you out of this book for the Spring Rates because if I try to type in this formula it will more than likely confuse you. Plus this book has some pictures to go along for a better understanding. PM me your email and I will see if I can help.
