For me, it's the cold weather. I just can't bring myself to get out in the garage when it's in the 30's. Although I do have a heater (waste oil) it takes quite a while to warm things up. Steve (HRBS) has been doing his part by making me feel bad for not getting more done.
This weekend I should be able to make some progress.
