I like aluminum. It's lighter, and also will conduct heat a little better than the stainless---maybe keeping your inlet temps a little cooler: I don't know how much this really helps, but in theory, I like it!

Now for the stainless, yes, easy to weld, holds up better, polishes up great (and stays that way).

Your choice 'bro. Let us know what ya decide, and keep us posted on your project.
