Well they will have no engineering help (at GMPP) until the Z06 is launched.. the problem is that the new ECM is math based and not table based. This will make programming VERY hard.

More than likely someone like FAST will have to come up with an aftermarket solution since I doubt anyone will be doing factory ECM's anytime soon. All new GM ECU's will be math based in the future (according to GM).

Remember that MSRP is $17k but street price should be under $14k.. could you build a more powerful motor for cheaper? yes, but it would not be a dry sumped, titanium rodded, 7k reving lightweight 427 with a warranty
