Oh by the way, make sure you use some cutting lubricant when using aggressive burrs on Aluminum or it will clog the flutes and make them worthless in no time.

That brings back memories, I used to have a job deburring SS, Monel and Inconel industrial valves for a while. It sucked. I was constantly pulling metal slivers out of my arm and hands.

I also have some carbide burrs but they load up (as you described) with soft material. I guess that's my real question. I see they are available for ferrous and non ferrous materials but can't find the difference.
