With the weather warming up I will be able to get more inspired! I can't see it being too expensive to make as the steel is relatively cheap and I would think a skilled welder wouldn't spend more than a day on them, especailly if I pre-cut everything. As for the bolt-in... interesting! It has the same "dog bone" support which requires cutting the floor pan. Frankly once you make the cuts a weld-in kit seems to make more sense. Wayne's kit welds between and to the rear frame rails.
One thing we'll have to contend with is exhaust routing. There's no room to go over the batwing and the exhaust on the C4s goes under the pumpkin so we'll have to figure something out.
