My old man bought a 54' Chevy 3100 pickup with an inline6 and a manual 4spd. We can spin the mech. speedo cable by hand, but his speed is not working when hook up. Is this more likely a trans issue, speedo issue, or cable issue? Any help or a point in the right direction would be a great help.
